The Milestone of “South-to-North Tea Diversion” Project

1999年，山東省茶葉質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗站在日照成立。
In 1999, Station of Tea Quality Supervision and Inspection in Shandong Province was established in Rizhao.

2002年，巨峰鎮(zhèn)舉行首屆日照冬茶節(jié)（2006年第五屆之后便不再舉辦）。5月，日照巨峰鎮(zhèn)在時任書記王文軍的帶領下參加第二屆濟南國際茶博會，北垛春榮獲金獎，100克茶葉拍賣了1.2萬元，引起濟南茶界巨大反響。這一重大事件后，日照茶開始全面進軍濟南市場。
In 1999, Station of Tea Quality Supervision and Inspection in Shandong Province was established in Rizhao.
In 2002, the first session of Rizhao Winter Tea Festival (it has not been held after the fifth session in 2006) was held in Jufeng Town. In May, under the leadership of Secretary Wang Wenjun at that time, Jufeng Town took part in the second session of Jinan International Tea Expo. Beiduochun (name of the tea) won the gold medal and 100 grams of it was auctioned 12,000 yuan, which aroused great repercussions in the tea industry in Jinan. After this, Rizhao Tea began to enter the tea market of Jinan at a large scale.

日照綠茶證明商標獲準使用。

2003年，首屆日照茶博會在東辰召開（至2005結(jié)束）。
In 2003, the first session of Rizhao Tea Exposition (ended up until 2005) was held in Dongchen.

2005年，巨峰鎮(zhèn)在時任書記費立志帶領下參加中國濟南第三屆茶博會。圣谷山獲得大會金獎，100克茶葉拍賣了2.6萬元。費書記舉行推介會，向與會記者及全體參會人員詳細介紹了日照茶特別是巨峰茶的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及美好未來。省城各大媒體予以積極報道，不斷擴大日照茶的知名度和美譽度。
In 2005, under the leadership of Secretary Fei Lizhi at that time, Jufeng town participated in the third session of Tea Expo in Jinan. Shenggushan (name of the tea) won the gold medal and 100 grams of it was auctioned 26,000 yuan. Secretary Fei held a promotion to introduce the development situation and bright future of Rizhao tea, especially Jufeng tea in detail. All the major provincial journalists gave positive reports and they will continuously expand the popularity and reputation of Rizhao Tea.

2006年，“日照綠茶”榮獲國家地理標志產(chǎn)品保護產(chǎn)品稱號。
In 2006, “Rizhao Green Tea” won the title of protected products of national geographical marks.

2007年，日照46家茶企上書時任市長楊軍，呼吁重視茶葉農(nóng)殘超標問題，引起市政府的積極反應。8月，成立日照茶葉商會，王子春任首任會長。
In 2007, 46 tea enterprises in Rizhao submitted a letter to mayor Yang Jun at that time to call on attention to excessive pesticide residue, which aroused positive responses from the municipal government. In August, chamber of commerce for Rizhao Tea was established with Wang Zichun as its first chairman.

2009年，圣谷山創(chuàng)制成功日照紅茶，獲得山東省第一張紅茶生產(chǎn)許可證，標志著日照結(jié)束了只生產(chǎn)綠茶單一品類的歷史。首屆日照綠茶節(jié)在嵐山召開（至2013年）。
In 2009, Shenggu Mountain successfully planted Rizhao Black Tea and then obtained the first production license of black tea in Shandong Province, marking the end of the history of producing green tea only. The first session of Rizhao Green Tea Festival was held in Lanshan (till 2013).

2011年，“日照綠茶”榮獲中國馳名商標。
In 2011, "Rizhao Green Tea" was awarded the China Well Known Trademark.
